craigslist does not have an app. Any app you are using is provided by a third party. Contact the developer for the app if it is not working properly.
In the meantime, use a normal web browser to access craigslist. Note that the safari browser that comes on iPhones does not support file uploads, so wont let you upload any pictures. There *are* third party web browsers in the appstore that DO support file uploads.
