Same here, for the past few nights, and I get the error message posted below. I did the sickingly-sweet polite chat online and they gave me their online banking customer service number 1-800-933-6262 and of course they aren't available until the morning. Here is the error I got. "We're sorry, but we are unable to edit or cancel your payment at this time. We are currently evaluating the most -efficient way to process your payment. This evaluation may take several hours, but should be finished by 6 a.m. ET. Please try to edit or cancel again later."
