Problem Solved! I could not log on to Bank of America online banking with IE9. I verified the problem I had was fixed by selecting Tools/Internet Options/Advanced/Security and removing the checkmark in the box for "Do not save encrypted pages to disc". If this box is checked I was not able to log in to Bank of America. Re setting all the advanced settings to default will do the same thing but if you do not want to change everything removing the check mark from box for "Do not save encrypted pages to disc" is easier.
