I'm having the same problems, and can only log-in after answering a security question. Using Win7 and IE9. If I use Firefox on the same computer everything works correctly and I'm immediately routed to my SiteKey. I've changed all my IE9 security and privacy settings to the lowest levels, but still no banana. I emailed BofA and got a response telling me to:
1)From the Edit menu, click Preferences
2)Click to expand Receiving Files and then click Cookies.
3)From the drop-down menu When receiving cookies, click to choose Never ask
4)Click OK
Obviously the tech who wrote this wasn't familiar with my version of IE9, because these instructions can't be performed with what my menus display.
