Technical Assistant Manager of CITI Website is even unaware of the website problem

When I called them today (03/21/2012), Technical Assistant Manager of CITI Website (his name is Jacob) was even unaware of the website problem, and he insisted that it would be a problem on my end, even after I had explained that many people have been experiencing the issues. I also called their customer service, they told me that the website is having an issue for the last """24 hours.""" As far as I know, the site has not been functioning at least for the last few days. I wasted more than 30 minutes on the phone with them, and have not yet been provided with any answers, and a customer service woman was nonchalant, even saying that "this thing happnens."
