Can't access Comcast email today either. 5 calls to them and no help. One sent me to specialist who was selling $12.99 month service before helping. 2nd said was problem with Comcast no longer allowing port 25 email connections and I need to change it to ports 995 and 465. Would not tell me how, said call your computer maker. Toshiba told me they don't cover this issue and wanted $150! 3rd call told me not a port issue since I use Comcast and not other service for email. After 8 hours on this I found a "work around" website to read Comcast email. It is http://web.mail.comcast.net/search. It works!! I still want the other one fixed but this buys time. Good luck.
