Can't sign on

Trying to sign on. Taking ID, shows Site Key and asks if you recognize it with a yes or no button. When putting in the pass code receiving a message to refresh or try again later. My concern is that I received a message from a friend not to open one of her Emails and I did, because she said her computer got hacked into.
