Yes - on vacation and can't access the site at all on mobile banking or online web application - customer service isn't back until Monday morning AM, and for some reason our card is declining (with no way for us to investigate while this is happening. This kind of stellar service is enough for us to move the money out and go to a bank that doesn't run into these kind of problems, like BOA.
