**FIX** I have done this on a couple computers and it works 100%. Download ccleaner from http://www.piriform.com/ccleaner/download/standard open it and make sure history and cache is check under internet explorer and under applications make sure the same is done for Firefox and chrome, then click Run Cleaner. Thats it now open your browser and msn loads just fine.
