Keep getting error message "high volume" when trying to checkout

I have been trying for the last 3 days to checkout and I keep getting the same "cannot process order at this time due to high volume press reload and try again". I thought it was just internet connection or something but I tried it on my phone   app, then home computer, then on the computer at work. I am getting extremely annoyed that I cannot check out!!! Almost everything in my cart has to be purchased online and because I keep having to try over and over again to check out, stuff in my cart is becoming out of stock so I am constantly having to update my cart and remove items!!! I sent them an email and they have not responded as of yet.....seriously considering not shopping at all at Wal-Mart anymore!! I already hate the store because of the rude customer service people, outrageous checkout lines (only having 3 checkout lanes open when they have 20) or my stuff is never in stock when I need it. This is exactly why I started shopping online only from them and now look!! I can't even do that!!!  >(((((((
