Can't access site with explorer or chrome

Have tried numerous times to access the site from a PC and Mac. Sometimes I can get a password in and then see balances but then can't do anything after that. Sometimes, I don't even get to the password screen. If I get in, the communication section never finishes loading which may be part of the problem. If I can get to Treasury information reporting and try to run a report, it comes back blank.
