There must be some sort of DNS synch issue and I think all Time Warner cable customers may be affected (or perhaps this is a S. CA issue?) The main URL is still consistently unreachable for me using Time Warner cable access from home. Last week at one point it was also unreachable from my office but it comes up fine now. I am guessing most of people reporting issues are using Time Warner. Union Bank IT dept should be reaching out to COX to solve the issue. There was probably some DNS update three weeks back that didn't propagate correctly within Time Warner network.
