2/4/13 Monday: Still cannot change Passcode online.

2/4/13 Monday 14:32 EST: After signing in with current passcode, then using the customer service tab to get to "change passcode", enter current passcode again, then new passcode wanted twice, site displays message: "Cannot accept request at this time".

Chat session with representative about issue acknowledges issue, and states their technitions are working on it. When I asked When it would be fixed, representative stated that no specific time is established.

This has been happening since at least 2/1/13 Friday.   Be very cautious of security of On Line Chat sessions. They cannot be 100% secure. I mention that because representative sent me a different link for me to try which also failed w same results, then offered through Chat Window. The information she would need was Everything I need to access my funds.  However, I repeat, that is NOT 100% secure.

If Bank of America cannot resolve their security issues soon, I will be closing/withdrawing me funds to another bank that can.
