I guess there's absolutely no service at all in Springfield! There was a mini mob outside the Battlefield AT&T store with people wondering what on Earth is wrong. The sales associates had no idea and when they tried to call the customer help line, everything is completely bogged down because everyone's resorted to using the land lines to communicate!
