I'm having the same problem. Had it a couple of days ago also. Tried on 2 separate computers to no avail. Then I tried selecting "Bank Accounts" instead of "Credit Cards" with the same login info and it worked... took me straight to the page where I can click "Make a Payment". Hope this helps.
