Have had the "The user name or password for "Home" is incorrect." Message for two days now on bith my phone and computer at home. This has been an off and on thing with AT&T for about 6 months or so. When we call in to tech support they want to charge us for service that does not fix the problem. We spend around $500/month on wireless and U-verse with AT&T and are looking for a better provider. I used to work in-house and their own people get no better service. I guess you reap what you sow.
