It took EDD 7 weeks to provide my unemployment benefits and now that I have this BofA EDD Debit Card I can't even access my money. How about going back to issuing checks, a reliable form of providing necessary benefits to the unemployed. This whole situation sickens me. It's humiliating enough to be fired, now the system that should be assisting us is creating irrevocable financial damage. Get your act together people, corporations, government. Businesses run credit reports now as part of the interview process, not so easy to get a good job if you look like a dead beat that doesn't pay your bills. Give us our money!
