mine won't load either. it loads fine on my ipad, but neither firefox or IE will load properly. I recently uninstalled some software and upgrades that have happened since I feel like it started, but it didn't fix the problem. Oh, when I'm at work it loads fine too. so, I can see why they say there is nothing they can do. have you tried logging in somewhere other then your home?
