If you strongly dislike a company so much, no one is forcing you to be there. Leave if you are so unhappy perhaps your management doesn't want to have your negative attitude around and the other associate is more pleasant with her attitude and you're insecure which is making you assume she gets more hours and higher pay for her looks. You sound like a very bitter person.
