citibank Login NOT WORKING yet again

This is about 5:34 p.m. central time. I am a computer engineer by trade and the login is NOT working. Been having problems with their website for the longest time. On 12/27th the whole site was down.
RIDICULOUS. NOTHING takes THIS LONG to fix when it's a worldwide international bank. 2 full days of website problems is inexcusable.
