Walmart.com site is down...possible problem in stores?

I was actually headed to the Walmart site to complain about having to wait along with 20-30 other people almost 20 minutes for 1 teller at one of their Bellevue, WA stores. All the self-service lines were down and despite seeing several people working, noone made an effort to open another register. Thought it was just poor service, but I'm wondering now if there might be a bigger issue since the website seems to be down too. Perhaps I'll withold that complaint till I hear more.
Tried their website with Safari and got nothing at all. Tried it with Chrome and I'm seeing a very badly constructed page...lot of old school looking hyperlinks with pictures not where they should be. Definitely not the way it should be displayed.
