Cannot Seem To Make Purchases

Cannot make purchases, trying to add items to cart, when I use another tab to search and get information (have done this many times before on many sites without issue) it seems to forget items...sometimes the information screen comes up white. So, it seems Amazon is getting my money tonight, just have to pay extra for shipping. Went to checkout and got the following error (see attached).
