Suspended phone line

My second phoneline (517-344-9079) was suspended on 02/17/24. I was informed that it could've been a violation of some terms that I were unaware of. Ive done nothing different with the than any other month but for some reason my line has been suspended. I've also been told that I'm going to have to continue to pay for this second line for basically 3 more payments (90 days) before the line gets officially removed from the account.
