Error Code 012-1201-704

It keeps telling me this error. Code 012-1201-704. I have followed all requests including deleting apps and reinstalling both my tv provider and abc app. Still error. My tv provider works great, no issues. It's abc app has locks on some of the episodes and I cannot watch them. Please advise tx!
