STILL unable to sign in!

Have been trying to sign in for a week now, at all hours of the day and night, to no avail. Keep receiving "Temporary Delay" message. Have made 3 complaints to telephone Customer Service and still can't access my account. Get your act together Citi, I'm just trying to pay my bill! If you don't take care of the customer, SOMEONE ELSE WILL.
