I received an email this morning stating that the LoanCare website is up and running again. I signed in and tried to make my mortgage payment, only to receive an error message and to "try again later". As of 8:00 PM EST, the LoanCare website is down again. I'm getting tired of this. Time for the media to expose this company for its security issues and poor customer service.
