Debit card declined

Debit card declined due to "invalid card" and "not authorized" even though there are ample funds in the account. Agent stated there was a system upgrade that affected "some features" of account holder debit cards. Twice, I was told by two separate agents that the problem was resolved, and when I tried my card, it was declined both times. One agent admitted that there is a major problem with the KeyBank system resulting from.a planned upgrade and that "no one" was informed of the upgrade or the resulting issues. Customer service agents are taking calls from affected account holders and know nothing about the situation except that there was an upgrade, and customers cannot access their money.
