I have been getting the "Your Credit Card Could Not Be Validated" Message trying to pay for my tolls several times for days. I just looked at my credit card statement, and though the website was issuing the error message and not showing payment had gone through, I have a charge on my card(s) for each time I tried to enter my information. Trying to pay by phone was also failing, this system is a disaster.
