Thursday August 10th they zero'd out my account,told me about the tech issue on their end.Gave the fake apology and then 4 hrs. later my funds were back.Come yesterday August 12th around 2:30pm I was headed out of town,WAS is the key word. After checking my account all morning several times before I headed out.Something told me to check my account again as due to what happened Thursday and when I checked..my balance it was in the negative!!.Of course I called they didn't care about me not being able to get gas,just apologize again and said give it a few hours.After a few hours nothing So I contacted Chat as over the phone you'll be on hold for at least a hour.The Chat Agents don't know anything and when you start chat yelling at them (typing in all caps)they disconnect,or they'll say they are creating a ticket and to give it up to two days!! I have a lil funds now only because my job had direct deposited after they took my money.I want to withdraw it but I need it to stay in there due to a bill was due.to be auto detected yesterday.Regardless I still need the rest of my hard earned money...I want to sue them too and surprised this hasn't made National News!!!!! because Never in my LIFE have I Ever heard of any type of Financial Institution being so reckless and not immediately fixing it or at least in a timely manner and for it to keep happening each day?? NO!!! UNACCEPTABLE!! I'm so pissed and yes I'm not dealing with them anymore!!
