Double charge my account

Woke up this morning my card was doubled charged, talked to a gentleman on the phone and he basically didn't tell me anything, that was a waste of my time, so I went to Walmart to withdraw the rest of my money off my card and I couldn't came up declined, so I showed her the money was in the account, and was told someone came in to load money and they came back saying it never showed up on there accountÂ
