202_528_7097 restricted, unable to use; need to disconnect this number.

My pnone number 202-528-7097 is restricted and could no longer be used.I was asked to come to you to have it disconnected in order to remove it from our family plan or be able to take it to another provider.Please disconnect asap.In the meantime I am being charged for five lines when only three are in use.Our family plan has four lines and one is equally suspended and will be reinstated when the referenced number above is disconnected(removed from our plan).
