Grocery order showing delayed and not able to reschedule

I placed a grocery order yesterday for pick up between 6pm and 7pm this evening. Ever since this morning, it has been showing up as delayed, still in process. I am offered the option of rescheduling, but get a message stating they are having technical issues.
