Unable to check out.

I have been trying to place an online home delivery since 06/22/2023. When I try to check out, I receive a message indicating there is a Technical Issue and they are working on fixing the issue. I have spoken with Walmart associates almos every day since the issue occured and no one has been able to get the issue resolved so far?
