Is site down; have been trying to load for 2 days

I have been able to load the site since last night. My father was supposed to had a virtual appointment on Monday at 3:30 and it didn't happen and I wish to speak with someone. WHen I did access the site once, I composed the message but when I sent to send it went to the same error message.
