cancels my orders online

Starting last Friday, May 12th, 8 subsequent orders that I attempted to place online were automatically cancelled one minute later. The reason stated was "returns violations"; I have not returned anything in recent months. I have spoken to their customer care people who assure me that the problem had been fixed...it wasn't.
