Unable to pay bill , service cut off, customer service refuses to help.

Tried to pay bill last week, it was due 3/4/23.  I got message from Boost Customer Care there were technical issues. Automation assured me that my service would NOT be cut off.  I called customer service and waited 45 minutes, person refused to help and assured me service would not be cut off.  I called local store, assured me service would not be cut off.  MY SERVICE WAS CUT OFF!  Store told me that this has been going on for two weeks. Boost refuses to give me my own account number.
