Can't login

All day on and off yesterday I tried to login to my account. Every time I got a white screen. This afternoon I went to Truist Bank, and spoke with an employee there and told her about not being able to login to my account. This person ask me to try to login to my account went I got home to let her know if I was still having same problem. So I called this person back letting her know that the problem still exists.
