Can't log in

First, I went to the bank to deposit money after going to the gym late and put it in one of my two accounts as that is the card I had with me. Then went to transfer it, but the app said my info was wrong. The went home to do it on my computer, but same problem. It tried to send me a code, but the 2 numbers showing were not mine. I needed to pay a bill and couldn't. Now I'll have a late fee and my interest rate will go up. This is totally unacceptable.
