Did you try the "forget login?" response that I put up a few days ago? Currently working for me--you have to use your debit card # and not the account # for it to work--and yes, I also have a case # in place where I'm currently playing "phone tag" to get the escalated online support at corporate, I've left 3 VMs. Quicken is stating that this is a 5/3rd ISP problem and 5/3rd's ISP is Akamai Technologies in Cambridge, I don't know if they are doing the coding or not but somebody messed up SOMETHING big time on January 27th. Try the "forgot login?" (image in my other post of February 2nd) and see if it works for you, at least it's one way to get in---until Akamai messes that one up too?.
