Automatic logout with msg of inactivity for 10 minutes

This has occured on multile browsers, multiple computers, and with multiple different logins (I have three different userIDs, one personal and two business), all having the same issue. When attempting to login, I'm prompted with authentication and then am logged out with a message that I've been logged out due to inactivity. Attempted to call 800# was disconnected the first time and the second time was told over an hour wait. Get it together, Truist!
