CANT LOG IN OR CALL IN

I cant log in from the app. When attempting to click on the call button in the app it dosent work as well. A pop up comes on the screen for all actions in the software: "service unavailable. Please try again later." After i Googled truist contact info, I'm currently on hold through customer care with a 60 min wait. Please help!
