cannot complete order

It doesn't matter what payment type I used or what browser I try to finish my order on. I have screenshots but it includes my credit card info, so I am not uploading. I have photos on my phone...several of them in the last couple of hours or more of trying to get payment to process today while sales are on. Liz White
