I had that same problem and was super frustrated. Then I tried switching browsers. I was using firefox and I switched to Safari and it worked! it isn't Walmart that's the problem, it's Firefox. If your using a pc then try using internet explorer. If your signed in then you cart should be saved and come up when you sign in on another browser.
