Same error message for me too.
Walmart.com's phone number is 800-966-6546. They finally replied to my e-mail for help and gave me this number. Press 5 to skip all the menus and go to a live person.
Still couldn't get my order placed with a support representative. They ran into the same problems on the last screen. Maybe you will have more luck.
