Same issue here. They should fix this. Guess I will go and order in person. Actually, I think I stumbled upon the issue on reddit. An employee was complaining about something going viral on TT where people could pick up a cake then cancel it and essentially got a cake for free because of a flaw in the ordering system. They prob just took the availability offline so people would stop using the hack instead of actually fixing the issue so the bakery could mark the item as picked up.
