UNABLE TO ACCESS MY ONLINE BANKING

SAYS MY PASSWORD IS WRONG. I REQUEST A PASSWORD RESET, AND IT ASKS FOR MY PERSONAL INFO. I ENTER IT, AND THEN IT SAYS IT DOES NOT RECOGNIZE MY INFO. IF I TRY TO SET UP A NEW ACCOUNT, IT SAYS MY INFO IS ALREADY ASSOCIATED WITH AN ACCOUNT. THIS IS TOTALLY INSANE AND FRUSTRATING BEYOND BELIEF. PLEASE HELP ME FIX THIS SO I MAY ACCESS MY ACCOUNTS EASILY EVERY TIME. THANKS
