Orignal poster here. 3rd failed session in last 18 hours. I need this pass operational starting tomorrw for a 2-week tour of NY State with a rental car for which I will be forcepd to pay the rental company extra service charges in addition to tolls ... not to mention the $25 cost of an E-ZPass I cannot use. This is not a good "Welcome" to the State of New York.
