VALOTTERY.com does not allow me to register and to send email

Hi there,
I have signed up by providing my valid email address and password. However, when I try to register by providing all the required personal data they system triggers a repeated message that states "we can not verify some of your personal information". Then I tried to get some support by sending email for support staff from the application itself and it failed to send the email. The applications seems have a problem.
