Been tryinf for over a week to login into CC payment and it is a white screen! Not to mention I called to make a payment (due 7/13) and customer svc line for over 20 mins kept saying "due to high call volume wait times are longer than expected". After 10 mins of that finally got "a representative will be with tou shortly". This was repeated for over 20 mins! I screenshotted how long I was in hold over 35 mins. I hung up, I had to tend to my kids. So now my payment is overly late and I can't get through via app, desktop or call!
