I am experincing the same problem. Based on the online instructions, I called the number on the back of my card. The number was a recording, and after entering my CC#, the recording said that they would redirect me to customer service. Once redirected, I received another recording that if I wanted to speak to someone that I would have to call back. The recording then hung up. I have no way to see if I have a balance, if a previous made payment went through, etc.
